Please first install the latest version of our software at
setup.getlumina.com as the team has released 7 updates to date, on average every 2 weeks.
Windows Users: Please see our latest update on

MacOS Users: If you have issues please first use the Feedback Button in the bottom right corner of Lumina.app. If you cannot for some reason, you can email
support@getlumina.com with your login information and details which are required for debugging software issues.
