General Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact support@getlumina.com within 14 days of receipt of shipment for an exchange or full refund. Any product returns must be in like-new original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to reject refunds for products where foul-play or tampering is suspected. After the package is received and inspected, support will initiate a refund via your original payment method within 24 hours. Customers from outside the U.S are responsible for covering the returns shipping fee.

Defective Units

If a defect is suspected upon arrival, please send a detailed explanation, along with photos/videos to support@getlumina.com explaining the defect. If indeed a fault is discovered that impacts the Lumina's functionality, we will cover any extra expenses incurred for replacing missing components or a new unit. We reserve the right to ask for pictures or videos displaying the details of the damage or defect.

Lumina offers 1-year warranty, that is 12 months from the day of the purchase, on the Product. If a defect is suspected within the warranty period of normal use, please contact support@getlumina.com and follow the return instruction to send the Product back to us. Lumina will send you a new Product within 2 weeks from receiving the non-working Product from you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! But act fast, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched to our logistics partner, you can easily contact support@getlumina.com with your order confirmation details for a full refund. Cancellations are much harder after your Lumina is shipped, instead you will need to receive your Lumina and complete the General Returns process. Rejecting the shipment will not result in cancellation or Refund.
