After confirmation, we shall provide the most satisfactory solution for you and cover any extra expenses incurred therefrom. We may reserve the right to ask for pictures or videos displaying the details of the damage or defect.

You can return a product within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
